Here in the Forum a guy by the name of "tuffguy" posted pics of a creative gps mount. In his first picture you might get an idea of how a selfmade front luggage rack might look like.
No, I don´t mean the salad box, but you also can just slightly see the mounting points for the front luggage rack combined with the crash bars on each side. Maybe you want to contact him directly for more information.

A complete rack ready for install is not available yet. Nowhere. Unfortunately.

Good luck!

Don't know about that front rack mounted to the crash bars.
Those bars are just fastened up front with small screws into plastic.
On this scoot, the rear box and underseat should be enough for a plastic body.
But, people love to hang milk crates on scoots....so what do I know?
At least find an Italian dairy product crate°¿°

Post us pix when you get it installed. Those sure look better than a milk crate or bent alum. strips.

Yes, let us know, if your project was a full success.

FYI: Had the same idea last year, but didn´t dare in the end...because of the plastic front cover/leg shield.
Still wonder how a safe and secure and strong install can be carried out on a Like.
Vespa front covers/leg shields are sheet metal and therefore much stronger.

Anyway - Good luck!

So many members wanted to stay informed so here is follow up ONE.
I finally ordered from a source that had clear measurements listed (see pic). Cost USD 80.00 including shipping.
Coming from India I do not think the chrome will be a high end quality but I can fix that if necessary.
I will post pictures as soon as it arrives, somewhere between Feb. 26 and March 16. Also if adjustments need to be made I will let you know.

I added pictures provided by the supplier. Further specs. carrying weight 20 Kg. that is about 45 lbs. I assume exaggeration is one of their sports. I will see what the effect is of 2 milk jugs...

I will be using the KYMCO chrome guard rail kit as a point of support. For those not familiar with this.. I have been able to pick up the scooter only holding these  side rails, no buckling not even a small give....
I have posted pictures of that guard rail kit before - cost was about $130 and the dealer mounted it for free.
