Title: Mirrors loose all the time

Only thing I don't like about my awesome 150 is the mirrors - need a wrench to adjust and they loosen by themselves. I've added lock washers, but not helping. Suggestions?

I use blue locktite on all my mirror mountings.
No more issues with them coming loose while riding.

Good idea, same problem.... I'll try that.  Also my right mirror seems lower than my left one.  Not sure if something is misaligned or something.
