I experienced the same problems as described in the post and tried all of the solutions suggested. No luck.
Before doing anything drastic when your scooter stalls and/or quits at random times, try loosening the gas cap as the first diagnosis.
I spent weeks trying to figure out the problem, and many emails to my dealer, his personal visit to my place to take a look, and hours of research....
Only to discover that the gas cap venting was blocked. The caps are tough to take apart so I bought a cheap cap on eBay and slapped it on.
No problemo from that point on.
Try the easy stuff first!

Thanks for the tip.
One question though. Is the vent built into the gas cap?
I thought the vent was one of those other hoses coming out of the top of the gas tank that goes into the emissions canister.
