Title: 19mm carb/premix question

Ive read through a few forums already but still have questions. Im  getting ready to install a malossi sport 70 kit on the zx. I brought a 19mm dellorto carb, it has a 87main jet in it. Will that be a good jet to start with?  Whats the premix ratio for break in

Theres a lot of factors on everything, type of exhaust, intake, air filter, cdi, coil, por work, boost port matched or not, altitude, etc. Sorry its not that easy.
Premix ratio is what ever the cylinder kit instruction book says.
