Title: Working on slow speed control

I put my foot down, suddenly, hopefully for the last time in a parking lot.  This heavy scoot with its CVT is taking some time to get used to, and so this afternoon I set out to practice slow speed maneuvers, scooter style, revving the engine to keep the clutch engaged while dragging the rear brake.  It feels awkward but dangit I am determined to get this mastered.  More practice practice practice.

Super Job of riding!! (your camera man has a nice steady hand)
I asked my instructor why it is easy for me to make slow Left turns, but I'm not a big fan of right turns!?
He said that instructors have debated this fact quite a bit!
He thinks it has something to do with the throttle hand feeling awkward  when in close to your body.

Lol, smartphone was sitting on the curb, no camera man.   :)

I actually worked up a sweat on that one, I have a long way to go, but thanks.   :)

Re: right turns, on a mc the brake pedal always threw me off, right turns on the scooter are easier.

 the same thing happens in cars,  left  and right turns,   one side is always easier,  try shooting a gun , same thing applys
