Title: People 150 vs S200

I'm considering one of these two bikes. Aside from the ergos, what's difference in the engines between them. I know the S200 is really a 163, but is there a performance difference? Enough to warrant a price difference of about $400?

The People S has more modern styling and maybe a rear disc brake. I think Motor Scooter Guide has a comparison of the two.

I trying to figure out the differences in the engines. Not to concerned about the rest, I like both.
