Buy the stock pads from a dealership.
There's nothing wrong with them and they last longer then almost everything
else you'll find around.

I went to the dealer,. ordered new pads ,. got the pads they are EBC pads #sfa498 and fa142hh,. are they kymco pads,. cost $29.57 and $47.99 ,

If they're Kymco pads, you'd have a Kymco logo on the packaging.

EBC is a good brand of brake parts.

scoot safely,
While this is true, they do make a wide variety of different pads so just the brand name
says nothing, they've got stuff that's hard and wears slow (and doesn't have that much
braking power), and soft HH pads which improve the stock brakes by a lot, but don't last
nearly as long.

took the brake pads off and checked them and they are not worn out at all,. all most the same as the new ones,.so I cleaned them,. lubed and put them back on,they sure looked worn out from under the scooter with the wheel on,. I did not see a drop of lube on the ends of the pads,. I used the same lube as I have for the van,.

Saw the same on my scoot when I changed my tires.... pads looked like new! and I thought they were worn after hard usage for almost two years.... just cleaned them... ;)
