Title: Best LEDs for rear AND front wet riding?

Hello, Too many rear LED red lights for bikes to make sense of.
Also looking for a blinking white light for the front.
Used in wet riding.
Battery operated is fine - don't want to mess with the wiring of my scooter.
Recommendations please?

Yep Vivo, using a small one now. It doesn't have a bike tube mount on it though - I clip it to my helmet bag string and hang it out of the closed top case.
With my crash bars around the rear of the scoot I have a place now to use the 'pipe' mounts on a bike light.....but which one. There must be 100's on amazon! Can even mount little side ones on the leg shield crash bars! Look like a bleedin circus wagon coming thru town!
