Title: need to access brake light on PS250

Someone posted that you can drill holes in the rear fender of a PS250 and access the screws to remove the tail assembly.  Can anyone give me an idea of where the holes actually should be drilled?  Maybe a pic or a drawing of where the screws are in the tail assembly.

I would like to add LED turn signals and a brake blinker module.
