Title: zx keeps bogging down after full speed

engine stays running,but will stall if i try and twist it.?
motor is strong only 1700 miles..
brand new belt,auto choke,gear oil,piston and i've tried three different variators and two clutch asseys

after sitting briefly, the bike will start back up and ride fine.

i'm at a loss guys i need some help please

Have you set up your air mixture? If you remove your spark plug, what colour is the insulator around the igniter ?

wow.i was almost sure i had a new plug in there :o....

new spark plug no bogging down at all.
36mm boss with 8 gram rollers,yellow contra spring
she cruises at 48/uphill 35-40/downhill 55-60
all stock.not sure of the mpg yet

Sounds like you got her all straightened out, the plug will def do it to you. I have a few KE100s that foul the plug after a couple rides every time, and man let me tell you itll make you think your carb is out of whack. Glad to see its good now!

yes no more zx stress..

now onto the super 8 i kinda blew up.lol

new crankshaft/bearings/seals and a nice lill malossi kit should change her attitude

Make sure to open the boost port from the crank to the cylinder while you have it apart, also open up the intake tract a lot.
