Only way to know is to take it back off, sometimes the belt is also in need of replacement when doing the variator.

Hmm 40 down to 37. Maybe the wind was blowing?

With a 50cc, a little bit of everything can contribute to performance.... weight, tire pressure, wind, fuel, etc...  with a big engine... some things don't matter much..

thanks guys , but i dont know what was the problem
but after two days everything started to work as before
i didnt change anything like tire pressure
and when i tested the top speed i was without passager
and tried the top speed at different roads
