My 2010 does.  Although it's intermittent.

Most if not all scoot owners experience that... It comes and goes...I just ignore it and continue on riding... others here sand the clutch... others grease them...

I'm on my 4th clutch in 16 months.  Kymco has paid to have it replaced every time.  After 600 miles, it seems to be returning.  I guess it will be time for another soon.

Got an '09 Ri.  Had some chirping until I took the bell off and wiped it clean.  I thought it was my belt slipping.  I was wrong.  That was at 13k miles.  Now close to 16k miles.

I had the same problem glazed clutch, dust on bell and belt debris around cvt.  Cleaned clutch, wiped off bell and compressed air the rest. It was good as new.  I have 14,000 miles did mine about 900 miles ago.

Pull off the clutch bell and de-glaze the clutch lightly with emery cloth. Keeps it quite for a while. I don't bother anymore. The honk/cherp is normal for the x500, and many other scoots. When you have a belt and centrifical clutch slipping a little when they engage, your going to get the noise. :-*

Use no chemicals or emery cloth.  Simply wiped it clean and it works fine!

I de-glazed mine at about 37,000 miles. Used a lite touch with emery cloth because the glaze was real heavy. The Kymco shop manager gave me a piece of emery cloth as that is what they use! :-*
