Was speaking with the husband and wife who are neighbors and new owners of a pair of LIKE 200i's this evening.
We heard about a scooter rider that was involved in a hit & run accident in our small Ohio town yesterday. The scooter rider was released from the hospital after 3 hours -no other condition info is known. The wife stated the rider was on a red LIKE 200i, just like her's.
The accident happened on a 4 lane road in the busiest part of our town. I don't like to drive a car through this part of town for all the speeders and lane hoppers, tail-gaters and cell phone addicts. Very scary area for a scooter ride.
Ride safe folks - and maybe find other, safer routes to get where you want to go. We cannot compete with cars on their terms. We're smarter and better drivers than that.......
