That is a tough one.
Have you tried if it does it too when you let it idle for 20 minutes? Reason asking, trying to figure out if it is related to vibration from the road, or just heat related, so that something shortens out.
Just a wild guess, the thermo element of the choke?

yes i let it idle and it didnt happen. But today as i road it right befor it went out the battery light came on.

The main fuse (from the battery) is a 30A according to my manual (service manual Page 16-1).
There are also 2 10A fuses and 2 15A fuses.
Fuse A 30 A Charging system
Fuse B 15A most lights, horn
Fuse C 10A Ignition
Fuse C 10A Fan motor
Fuse E 15A Headlight and luggage box.
If it is E, then I would look for a grounded wire to the luggage box light.

You would think it would be the 30 amp how ever in the manual it shows the 15 amp as the main.
It is the seconded fuse from the front. When the fuse blow out the bike stays running, but you loss all electronics, light dash blinkers and such.

Thanks MaryK for listing the fuses.
Jimmybird: so is it the 15A that blows that also has the horn but not the headlight?
