Crossed over 20K miles today without much fanfare as I was riding in a downpour at the time. 382 days averaging 52 miles per day. Still like the ride :)
-
Post again @ 50, 60, and 80,000 miles.
-
How many miles do you think the engine/transmission can survive if properly serviced, on the GT300i?
-
WOW! That is a lot of miles in a short period of time. An average 52 miles a day! With the time that I have been having to ride lately, it has been hard for me to get 52 miles in a month.
I am interested in seeing how the GTi300 will stand up to the miles.

Over 23K now. Missed a couple weeks this summer but the last 3 days of riding were 143,277 and 178. My goal is to get to 40K by the end of the warranty. I think with oil changes and other maintenance that 50k should be very doable. Over 75 might be starting to push it ;)

2 year warranty or 20,000 km, which ever comes first, thats the way I read it, the first year I was out of warranty, unless I am mistaken,.
-
De Dee, Looked at my warranty today and it says 2 yrs. unlimited miles. In USA so it may be different elsewhere.

I'm going to butt in here and ask this : Where the deuce do you ride to put that many miles on your scoot?
I mean, where are you going? Out onto the highways, back roads?
Are you retired, with an iron bottom?!
A delivery guy using a scooter? What? !
I envy you -
Ride safe!

Im 80 years old this year, and nothing to do but go scooting,. some days I ride 200 miles just for fun, yesterday I did 220 miles before supper, I was 1/2 hour late,.
-
De dee,
Bravo to you for getting out there and enjoying your retirement! Keep up the good work!
-
I like to be like de dee when I retire.... ;D
-
Amazing!
Good for you!

I would like to be like Vivo when I get work done on my scooter,.$$$$$$ in Canada

Going to hit 25K miles this week. I use my scoot primarily to run appts. as a Landscape Designer. Living out in Culpeper to get to where the action usually is in Northern VA racks up 150 miles a day. The gas savings add up daily :)
