While I was watching tv I came across the lumia 928 commercial and what caught my Eye was this

I think the value of it is that the probably remolded all the parts in Clear Plexiglas and then added the neon lights, overall they are great looking scooters, but I doubt they are street legal.
I would love to know if there is a shop in the U.S. That could do something like this.

The back scooter looks like and old honda Elite and the front one looks almost like a Vespa, but is hard to say.

I think the one on the right is a Honda Metropolitan, but it could be a SYM Mio, perhaps.

Why would not they be street legal? It's still plastic...just transparent... and they have lights for safety... I think they would be safer than your traditional scooter...
Would be great with LED jackets.....
