12 Super 8 150
When pulling my bike out of the shed, I noticed fuel dripping from the right side (over the exhaust). I removed the storage box and found this cylinder where the fuel was draining from. Draining only seams to occur when the bike is tilted toward the right side. I do not see any hoses that are missing, not sure if this is normal.

Although I don't have that, I think that is the charcoal canister. The charcoal canister is used to control evaporative emissions. It's basically a way of venting your gas tank and the fuel vapors other than venting to the atmosphere. It's used to reduce hydrocarbon emissions. Usually, when you fill up, gasoline overflows and goes in there... don't fill your tank up to the brim to prevent gasoline in entering the vent to the canister....

That's supposed to capture vapors when the fuel heats up and expands. On some bikes when you
fill the tank too far liquid will get into the cannister and cause hard starting/running. Sometimes
they "fall off" to fix those problems.
