(sat on a ancient little Honda 80 the other day. The seat was wide, flat, supportive, soft -for the entire length! What a concept!)
At 6'3", I've learned how critical it is to fly with my knees wide open, like speed brakes, to keep from fouling the steering.
You simply cannot scoot back on that seat - Kymco has placed a steel banana across the middle of the seat.
(I've purchased another LIKE seat- and will begin cutting the plastic base and reupholstering this summer.)
