Im new to the kymco people 250 so feel free to correct me if i dont know the names of thing lol well o took the cover off where the clutch is and the cover looked black like it was coveres in oil what can it be?

black on the cover? or by chance it would be fine rubber dust?

I dont know but it feels greasy and when i try to washt it it deflects the water
