Title: DO NOT plug in anything big into the power outlet!!

When I removed the front cowling to do the horn install, I noticed that the fuse for the power outlet in the glove box is located right behind the power outlet.  I don't like that much since if you pop the fuse, it is a chore to replace it.  However, I did remove the fuse just to see how big it is and was shocked to see a 0.8 amp fuse in there!!! 

So DO NOT plug anything besides a cell phone charger into the power outlet!!!  Otherwise you'll pop the fuse and it won't be easy to replace.

Thanks for the info.

Also remember that for some power outlets, they are live only when the ignition key is ON.
Don't expect them to recharge your phone, etc overnight.

I have yet to use the power outlet on my Like thinking if a fuse blows it would be a pain to get to the fuse to replace. Now I know for sure. Thanks for the info 91cavgt.
