Just put these on today.
I love the vintage scooter look - and maaaabeee they will save some cowl damage if I go down!
But, that's not why I bought them (don't tell an Italian!) - they're just cause I love the look!

Nice!

You have a beautiful scoot Stig!... ;)
-
that's really nice looking we have the same scoot. I would like to add that and a windshield to mine.
-
Really nice!
May I ask where did you buy those crashbars?
-
Thank's for your PM Stig!
Just ordered those and I just can't wait to get to wear them on my Like :)
They're exactly what I wanted for that classic retro look.
-
I also like this vintage look for the LIKE.
Note the difference in these crash bars, and the chrome rack instead of the rear trunk.
Gives it a nice vintage profile - reminiscent of a Lambretta.
Also, see the pretty, new, Lambretta! (although, I think they lost the plot on that front fender)
Both are from Italy.
Those Italians! Shoes, suits and scooters - beautiful.

You have a red LIKE?
Haven't seen the crash bars on a red one - though heard from others that it looks pretty sharp.
One fellow said his dealer had a red LIKE outfitted with the crash bars on the showroom floor. THAT would have been a pretty snappy presentation - I had to 'find' my LIKE in the back corner of my (mostly) motorcycle dealer. It was over in the corner with the helmets. And my dealer stocks no accessories for a Kymco , though they supposedly have been selling them for years - I had to pester them for a couple of weeks to download the program so they could see a Kymco parts list to begin ordering parts on request (which is why I purchased my crash bars from Moxiescooters)
