Title: Rubber O ring under seat

Theres a rubber o ring Kymco put this there for a reason and I cant figure out what its for other then to hold a tiny pouch of tools or something long skinny and doesnt weigh much.

Does anyone know what its purpose is?

You are right... When you get the scoot from the dealer, there should be a small pouch of tools there...
