hey I just moved into a house and this moped was in my garage. it is a 2005 kymco people 50 with 6700 miles. I do not have the keys or title. I ran the vin number with a theft database andits not reported stolen. so if anyone could used it for parts or have any other uses for it, that be awesome. reasonable offer please!  btw I live in southeast Pennsylvania. thanks

You're trying to sell stuff that's not rightfully yours??  The rightful owner could report it stolen a month later, and then both yourself and the buyer would have legal troubles.

As others in this thread (http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?action=post;topic=8777.0;last_msg=95296 (http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?action=post;topic=8777.0;last_msg=95296)), report it as abandon with willingness to dispose of yourself, wait, and file at the DMV before trying to sell it or part it out.
