This just landed on our shores.... The Aeon Elite 350i.... liquid cooled, fuel injected, made in Taiwan...

price is around $4,200.00.....!!!

Yup, it's Aeon!   Front and back looks like Yamaha, side looks like Kymco.... I'm just excited because this is a new brand here and the price seems "reachable".....   I might start breaking some piggy banks!

Is that Chinese made? Also...Kind of weak for a 313cc engine @ 22.8HP Don't you think?

and 390 lbs for that 22 HP to pull around !

Looks Chinese to me.  I will stick with Kymco or move to the big 4 Japanese brands.
No new dealership pains for me.

I'm into the classic scooter style, but I like the look. Price is definitely a plus.

Aeon Motors is located in Tainan City in Taiwan... it is a new Company established in 1998... while Kymco has been here for a long time... I've checked out the unit at the dealer and all I can say is that the fit and finish are very good... definitely not Chinese crap... they also have a 125cc variant that looks like my Super 8... Lots of Chinese brands popping at every corner here and this is the first Taiwanese brand that landed here after Kymco... the price factor is really the most attractive here...
The Kymco Xciting 250cc costs around 250,000 - 280,000 Philippine pesos while this Aeon 350i is only 175,000.00...now,  aint that more xciting?  ;)   I'll continue monitoring this new scoot/brand and report to you guys...


This is the 125cc variant... around $2,300.00 .... However, it can't beat my Super 8 at $1,560.00 brand new....   I think fuel injection and water cooling makes it more expensive...

Since this is out of Taiwan one can tell it is a better quality scooter than what comes out of China.  I have been very satisfied with my Kymco Agility 125cc scooter. It blows all the cheap Chinese scooters away.
