Hello everyone. I installed a 35w bi-xenon kit to my Agility 125. Everything worked nicely but there is a side effect: battery gets drained :( (I had changed my battery to 12v 10a. It's not the default 12v 7a). I searched on the internet and many people on other scooters (Honda Ruckus mainly) seemed to go the '11 pole stator + 7 cable rectifier' path. Now i don't want to go back to the original halogen setup so i decided to upgrade mine as well.
Has any of you done this before? I'm mainly looking for a 11 pole stator that will fit into the stock 8 magnet flywheel. I know about cable modifications and such, i only need a proper stator that will do this. Could someone help me with this?
If anyone can give me a stator link i'll be very happy. Looking forward to replies. Thank you :)

Though the Bi-xeon should not draw more than 3 amps after startup. How much wattage did the stock bulb use?
The 11 pole might or might not work. The poles have to align too. So you need an 11 pole magnet.
You might be able to add windings for more power.
A different rectifier might give you more power too but you have to wire it differently.

Thank your for the reply. The stock bulb is 35w/35w for low and high beams separately. The bi-xenon startup amp is 8.5a, and it normalizes at around 4.5a.
Many say that there was no difference between a 11 and 8 magnet flywheel. I've read many stuff on internet about this. My problem was finding a proper stator that will fit into the Kymco system because not every gy6 stator fits to this engine. The flywheel's shaft design is different.
I know about the wiring but i was in need of a proper stator first of all :) I'll look into your link.
Meanwhile, are there anyone in here that installed a bixenon kit to their agility 125? Just wondering.

I just installed an HID kit on my Like 200i and I tested the current draw before installing it. My setup came in at 3.47 amps of current draw, but I also replaced some driving lights with LED 194 bulbs which decreased total power draw on the electrical system.
Maybe if you replaced the ballast with a lower power consumption one, and replaced some of the other lights with LEDs then it would be ok?
How soon after you installed your HID setup did you start having power problems, and what problems did you have?
