Hey Guys
So I still cant get the scooter running, I have completely rebuild the motor on it new head, pistons every thing on the top end you can think of including a new piston and rings! I havent messed with it since mid last fall, It doesnt seem like the auto enricher on the carb is working, i have a feeling it does have to do with the led underglow lights i have on it. Should i get a new wiring harness and a stator, Im really upset I cannot get it running and at 4.75 a gallon this summer im am clearing not driving my truck everday
I aprecciate all the help i can get

try a new fresh carb. or clean up the one you have. I find its best not to runn extra lights or things on scoots the stator cant keep up with keeping the battery charged. try no extra lights. what does the scoot sound like when you try to starte it up.does it turn over at all.

Well we don't have the full story. Did you replace the head and piston because it didn't start?
Ignore the extra lights and stator, all you need is a good battery to start it. Did you verify the
timing chain is on correctly? Did you reset the valves properly?
Why do you think the cold start enrichener is bad? You could buy a new one of those or a whole carb
if you think that is a problem...

did you try cold start spray into the open inlet manifold while cranking your motor?
If you get some combustion noises when testing you can look for fuel delivery issues then.
