Title: How to run lean or rich?

On my stock carb which way does which, right and left lean and rich?

...probably won't need to adjust it...but if you want to play around, recommended settind is 2 turns counter-clockwise from fully closed...that's what the service manual suggests...

...dude...you can dload the complete service manual...NOT the User manual from this website below...it'll answer most of your routine questions...

Unless there is something really odd about the Agility carb you can only change the mixture at and just off idle. Mixture at running speeds is controlled by the size of the main jet and the contour of the needle.

..in regards to the main jet....i'm assuming I have the original 82...how can I determine what jet size I have...I know where it is, i've dis-assembled my carb a cpl times...

I replaced my stock #80 jet with a #85 jet so I figure I need to do a little adjusting. More gas more air I figure.

..from what i'm understanding, the mixture screw only adjusts flow/mix while your scooter is idling...not so much of an effct during run conditions. (See OldGuy's reply to this post below)...
