Post by: ginger cat on December 20, 2012, 02:44:12 AM
Hi , im riding Super 8 125cc ( in UK its 125cc ). As far as i read they are stil the same.
So basically i would like to know exhausts which will fit the scooter. I was looking at tecnigas on ebay , but they are all titled for 50cc models or it doesnt matter ?

That is a nice looking pipe!  Is it loud? More powerful?

Googling the pipe resulted in lots of Philippine websites... nothing seemed available off their islands.  You could try to order from them and pay the international shipping charges... if they are willing or able to ship international.

Apparently there is none of them in UK. By the way , is mileage shown in KM or Miles? Or there is difference depending in which country it was imported ?

I am in California and I purchased my bike from a dealer new.  Because my bike is for the USA, it is in Miles, not KM.  I am sure there are probably a few bikes in the US with KM that were imported by accident or brought in from other countries after their first sale.  For the most part, your bike should be in the correct unit of measure for your country.

Apparently its in KM , checked it by travel distance which is weird cause in UK everything is in miles.
Ill try check the exhaust with my dealer , i found only expensive ones which can fit my scooter - akrapovic , yoshimura and etc.

Hi again , i didnt manage to find any racing type exhaust for this scooter cause everything here is for 50cc cause teenagers can ride them. So im looking for an exhaust which can be bought in Europe and wont exceed the price of ¬170$.

Thanks. Will removing the silencer makes it sound louder and deeper?
