harborfright sales fendars that might work. or try a trailer place thay sale fenders.

Any Kymco dealer should be able to get you panels easily and they are actually very cheap. I got a new mudguard (£20) and new floor panel (£45) a yr or so ago from my local Kymco dealer, ordered one morning, had the parts the following afternoon.
