can i use this oil for my scooter?

the oil: motul 5100 technosynthese 4t, 10w40, api: sj

the scooter: kymco exiting 250 2007

is technosynthes is the same as semi-synthese?

Well from their web site"
MOTUL ® Technosynthese lubricant is a lubricant composed of a mixture of synthetic base oil and mineral oil base. "

So it looks like it is semi synthetic. It should be fine to run in your scooter.
