A 47mm kit yields 72cc on our zx50 engines unfortunately. 49mm is 78cc 50mm is 82 etc.. But for a 72cc with a low rpm redline you can go with any carb but the stock one, many people do use it but I wouldnt do it. A lot of people like the 24mm OKO and CT chrome manifold, stock exhaust is ok to use but I would recommend a PG v8 pipe since you will be reving so low. It will give you monstrous torque down low and sound great as well. This is my 50mm 82cc kit on a kymco zx50 engine with the PG v8 and 24mm OKO carb. Since yours is smaller it wont be as viscous but still close. I built it just for fun, I run 2 72cc 47mm race cylinder Polini Corsas and a race cylinder Malossi MHR with Malossi crank. I hit 82 mph last time I took out the MHR zx50 engine.

@LoveMyKymco - you need a bigger back yard or a smaller scoot. Looks like an RC car track back there.

Ha, this is the neighbors yard. We can drift it on the quads, I recently got a new trx450er that just lights it up back there but we have property all over for real fun. That video was just for fun with a cylinder I bought but never had intentions of using. That was the break in lol!

Nice way to break it in LOL.

There was someone asking about jetting on a 50mm cylinder and 24mm oko with a v8 pipe, so I figured I had it sitting around I can slap it on, tune it and tell him what I got, lol. Its a fun cylinder for low end wheelie pulling action. Not sure how reliable they are being as theyre only 90$ and 50mm. I run the italians, love them and wouldnt part ways ever.
