They have different dimensions. The best you can do is a custom seat.

Did someone tell you the GV seat was more comfortable?  Check this forum and you'll
find it's not.  Many including myself have spent the money on the Captain's Seat which
"IS" more comfortable,  but "NOT AS"  if you're taller.  I also have the Xciting 250 (same seat at 500).
It is even bigger.  The tubs (Met-ins) are differently shaped and the hinges and latches are in a different location.   The best solution recently presented are these gel filled saddles or you can pay somebody big money to rebuild it.    Urbestfriend  (Now Retired)

On my last scoot 2007 Xciting 250, I had the seat recovered with marine grade pleather and 1/4 in of foam or some fibrous substance and it made all the difference.  It was very comfortable it cost 130 dollars.

I then sold the 250 and bought a 500 xciting.  2009 500 xciting has uncomfortable seat. I will go back to the same upholstery shop and repeat this month.
