Title: Spark Plug - Cap Missing ? . . . or normal ?

I have a People 150 (2003)

The cap on the end of the spark plug appears to be missing.
Only the threaded rod is visible - which the cap would screw on to.

Bought another spark plug - it's the same . . . . so it this normal ?

Spark Plug = CR7HSA

It's normal, or mine came from the factory w/o 1 also.
