Had to seriously re-jet the carb for this job. Sounds good, not the best but it works. New top speed with all this and the Polini variator and 26g sliders is 92mph, GPS verified. I mainly use 16g sliders for around town due to much better acceleration.

How loud is that pipe? Is it enough to upset the average neighbour?

Above stock but not loud enough to piss of neighbors. Big improvement in takeoff. If you add an intake like mine it is much louder. I am selling mine. Sells for $299 but mine is $150 + actual shipping. Used for 3 months. I am now running a LeoVince exhaust which is very much loud enough to piss everybody off :). E-mail if you are interested. Hello! I just installed a new NHRG exhaust system on my 250 Bet Win. Your Air filter looks great and I want to order one. Do you have the K&N part number and what size Carb jets did you find gave the best performance? Thank You!

This is the filter: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00062YP76/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00062YP76/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00)
Go to any auto zone, checker and get a 2" exhaust elbow
Go to Home Depot and get a plumber's rubber coupler 2" to 2"
I live in Denver (5280 ft elevation) and I had to get a new 32mm carb because I could not jet the stock 30mm jetted high enough, jets only went to .120. I bought a 32mm carb from scrappydawg.com for $120 and installed a .40 slow jet and a .125 main jet and all is good.
