Title: 2012 kymco agility not turning over

my agility 50 will crank but will not turn over.  it's full of gas and I feel exhaust out of muffler when I try to fire it up.

is it flooded with fuel? if so take spark plug out and leave over night. then try again

If that doesnt work the 1st thing i would do is see if im getting spark at the plug.
