According to the book the regular  People 250 has .108 main jets. The S 250 has .104 main jets. The S 250 has a slightly different carb and different valve timing. The S 250 has a little more HP.

I have a .108 main jet I am going to try in my S 250 but haven't got around to it.

Its not listed any where. You will have to take it out and see what the number is that is stamped in it.

The 250 has an adjustable pilot jet any way..
