Title: Kymco Agility 50c restrictor???/spark plug???

im curious how to de-restrict my scooter. does it have a washer style restricter in the exhaust or is it restricted by the ignition(cdi)? any other small performance suggestions would also help.  also what spark plug should i run... i think i read somewhere to run a ngk chr???? im not new to wrenching but this scooter stuff is new to me. thanks a lot for your help

NGK C7HSA or similair will be fine on the plug.
