Title: Hello I'm a new MXU 500 owner

and it seems as if one of the first mods people have been doing are with the clutch.

Is there a special tool needed for that
any other tips would be appreciated

Take the primary off and take out 2 rollers across from each other. Its fairly easy and it helps.

Good to see another happy kymco owner.  Also check out www.atvfrontier.com and a new site www.kymcocentral.com support all sites with feed back the more the better for Kymco.

thanks for the help.  I will have to give that a try. 

I've lurked a bit over at atvfrontier and will be joining in on that forum too.

I suppose the ac pipe would be the next recommended mod.

Yea the stocker sucks, it weighs about 28 pounds.
