I purchased my A125 last summer and rode well into the Fall season. I stored it in a heated garage all winter, and I started it several times (at least once a month), and even rode it as recently as late Feb/early March. However, since then I have not started it and now that the weather is nice and it's time to ride, it will not start at all. When I use the starter button it fires once but won't fully turn over. After that, very little at all. I've tried the kick-start, but that also results in a little whine and nothing more. I've searched this site and tried a few of the fixes, but I'm admittedly not a gearhead so I am indeed limited. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Fuel evaporates, residues choke the carburetor, batterie got weak or even damaged.
Don't try the starter button any more unless you charged the battery.
Perhaps a hard try with the kickstarter would help (pumping reasonably fresh fuel into carb.), perhaps you need new fuel and clean the carb (dealers work).

Thanks ts1. I recently put new fuel in and I've tried the kick-start as well, but don't even get it to fire with that method. I'll give it another shot tonight, but I think I may need to enlist the dealer service department at this point.

It might help if you put 1 oz. per gallon of seafoam additive to your fuel . Good luck .

It does sound as if your battery has gone a bit flat. If you have a good dealer nearby, take it in and ask if you can use their charger to pump it back up.
After that, if the scooter still acts balky, get some Seafoam, as previously recommended, and add an oz. to the tank. Then, get some ether (starting fluid), pull off the air filter cover, and shoot a couple of seconds-burst into the air intake, and immediately crank the starter for a maximum of 4-5 seconds. If necessary, repeat the starter fluid step another few times, waiting a minute or two between tries.
Eventually, the engine should "catch," and if so, be ready to open up the throttle just a bit to keep it going, 'cause it may run roughly for a few minutes. Once it seems to idle semi-normally for 10 minutes, suit up and ride it around the block for a while, but don't ride so far from home that it'll be an ordeal to push it back home, as you may have bigger issues. Get some fresh gas, and add that oz. of Seafoam to the next several tanks, and chances are good you'll be runnin' like a sewing machine in no time.

Just FYI, the only thing that was changed on my Agility 125 within warranty was starter button.
First it worked intermittently and then stopped working altogether.
Mechanic told me it is quite usual malfunction.

Good tips from my mobile mechanic,
Take the plug out dip it in fuel, take the vacuum line under the seat and suck on it to make sure fuel is in the system them pump the throttle a few times. I have never had this method fail on me even when stuck 100 miles from home.
