Post by: ckgonska on July 12, 2012, 05:09:19 AM
How much rider weight can the like 200i handle?
Not that I am trying to go over 200 but I would like to give someone a ride every now an then.

Thanks in advance.....

The like is made for 2-UP, I'm 200, my GF is 145 and it does just fine on acceleration and control. I keep my suspension second to stiffest and never has bottomed out. I could probably go back to one softer. Those dual shocks on the back do their job.

There is a stepped ring at the bottom of the spring. It is easy to turn with a pair of channel locks

The rear shocks are 3 way adjustable. Very easy to adjust but Kymco UK dont give you a spanner, that might be what you call a wrench. You should all give Kymco USA some stick and ask for a spanner in the standard tool kit. I contacted Kymco UK and they told me they dont sell spanners. That answer sucks.
You can get a adjustable shock absorber wrench in most motorcycle tool shops.
