Just have to give props to Zombie, Aeromyst, Streido, Blue, Wordslinger and all the other fine folk with experience on this forum.
Through everyone's kindness and willingness to offer up their trials, errors, and successes (and a good laugh on occasion), I am (and others are) finding the confidence to work on our own scooters.
I am truly grateful!
