hiya all

right ok were do i start...... :D
i take it you have a smooth variator boss?
are you willing to chop into the CDi (i just bought a race CDi)
aaand do you have a 82 main jet ready for the carb?
these things alone will get you to 40mph or over depending on your size and weight (no offense intended)
once you have these look up another members post (he's called Streido) on here about derestricting the Ag50
any probs just ask we are all very happy to help
and welcome to the Forum ;)

thank you very much u no any good sites the buy a boss and race cdi box ? much thanks ;D

the smooth boss can be bought off of ebay, there relitivly inexspensive same goes for the CDi unit. most people keep the stock variator and just change the boss for a smooth one.
i went for a Race CDi and a Race Variator. but you should be fine with the stock variator just need to change the boss for the smooth one and change the CDi unit.
i assume the link to the derestricting guide worked ok did it?
if you have anymore questions then feel free to ask.

yea that would be good to have Z's valve adjust guide on there too. could be a comprehensive guide to the 139QMB. i did pull some info off of the Polini site regarding variator tuning if you want to give that a look too.

Just a heads up...... If you ordered a main jet make sure its a keihin m5/5mm thread on it. Taipai scooter assassins insist on sending out 4mm ones for an agility and then you have the hassle and wait to order up a new one once it arrives. If you got it from there i would suggest you check its a 5mm one.

i had that problem when i tried swapping my 80 jet from my original carb into my racing carb. the original jet was too big for the new carb so i waited until i got my stage 6 jet set.

Just as well i forgot to post you those jets then. Thought the new carb maybe different but totally forgot to send them :-[
Told you i have no short-term memory.........bit like a goldfish, i just swim around and round all day in my own little world :)

yea no worries man, i had to get the jet set so i had the lower ones going upto #100 (#82,84,85 so on and so on up to #100)
