Title: What Year is my scooter?!

I need help finding the year of my scooter. I bought it used and didn't really ask. The tag thing says it was MFG 2010 is that the year? I need the year to find where I can get a battery for it. And does the battery have to be exactly like the original. Or can it be the same everything just a little smaller or what?!

Best way to find out for sure is to check the VIN. 10th digit tells you the year model.

Look for Model year encoding about halfway down the page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_Identification_Number (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_Identification_Number)
