Title: Weird question about the key, removing the plastic

I don't suppose anyone has removed the big honky plastic head from their Kymco key?  I'd like to know whats underneath.  I've done this with some other keys to clear space on my keyring, some keys still have a little hole or loop on them in the head of the metal underneath the plastic, and some I've had to drill a hole in.  If I'm gonna have to drill a new hole in it then maybe i'll leave it on my keychain as the 1 bigass key (I still use and enjoy it more than my Toyota) but if anyone knows please do tell. :). Thanks!
