Go to "Exhaust Heat Shield" in Like 200i by renko and find out where to get the heat shield bolts......

You can go anywhere and get a M6-1.0 X 25MM Pan head machine screw. I've gotten them in stainless at my local hardware store.

Well you should at least be able to order them easier and cheaper if you know the size.

their S&H is high if you order online, call them to get a reasonable shipping quote

That is why visual checks don't always help. You don't notice the bolt till it is gone :-\
Had to ride to Lowes, remove one of the 3 remaining screws to take in to fine a replacement and sure enough had to get a pan head instead of phillips. everytime I look at
the odd bolt head I remember to periodically check all screws, especially those.
