hello! sorry if this is in the wrong section, but i cannot seem to figure out how to attach my license plate to my vitality 50 kymco scooter =( there are no holes to attach it? HELP!!  ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? thank you =)

I think you need the Kymco license plate frame:  Here is a link to the part on the Kymco USA web site.  Your dealer should have it or you could buy it off the internet.
