Hi
2010 Agility 50
Done boss, 5.5 rollers bigger main jet. Will top 40 which is great -getting there is painfully slow. Nervous about cutting CDI but will do this week. If I lob a free flow filter on it what jet size will I need and will this make a difference. Also can someone explain clutch springs. What do they do and do I need a tool to replace them.
Cheers in advance

with the stock filter and what you have done so far should be all good you may not have to cut the cdi on it if its a 2010. if you are haveing a hard time hiting 40 yes you need to change the main spring in the clutch. A good impact works best and make sure you put the clutch in a vice or hold on for dear life.
If you can get a 1500 spring that would be best.

Im running 5.1g rollers with a 1500rpm torque spring, gives decent acceleration and only very, very rarely drops under 30mph uphill.
Best set up i had so far.

Thanks all and wordslinger it's going to be cut this weekend!! I am also going to lob a free flow filter and a bigger jet with 1500 clutch springs.
Reckon I can get up a hill then.
Cheers guys!

Be prepared for LOTS of tuning of jets if you go for an ooen filter. I've been trying to tune mine in for weeks, still cant get it to run as well as it does with my stock airbox nevermind any improvement. Buy lots of spark plugs and a mixed set of jets, ive tried 11-12 different jets so far and still not got it right on any of them ???
