Title: Do you have a Bet & Win 250? Around a 2006 model?
Post by: Trancebear on May 19, 2012, 02:22:52 AM
I did not get an owners manual with my scooter and I need to know how to work the digital dash buttons. I have the service manual and the parts manual, just not the owners manual. I would welcome any help with this. Thanks!

Very easy - just play with the buttons and you should be able to figure it out. To toggle betw Fahrenheit and Celsius, press and hold the leftmost button.

See this post for the service manual: http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=6636.0 (http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=6636.0)

Doesn't seem to mention what the buttons do; I did the same thing Nigel suggested, but only recently did I find out how to change the temperature.

On this topic, are anyone else's gauges way off? Temperature is okay, but once read 99 F when it was only 70 F outside, and it almost always reads 55 F when I leave the house. Fuel gauge is completely messed up, and after 2 bars (out of 10), I am at half a tank. The last 5 bars seem to be only 1/4 of the tank. The speedometer is about 10 MPH slow (I have to go 50 MPH on the speedo to actually go 40), and the clock loses time after a couple weeks (says 3:00 when it is really 3:10, etc).

I have all the manuals for it except the owners manual. I would like directions on how to use it. I figured out time and such. My dash works fine with the speedo only being off 5 mph. Pretty good for a scooter.
