I don't have too much to add to this one, but maybe replace the plug and check the CDI for cracks.

Welcome to the Forums Keefey94, now when you say the carb look immaculate can you elaborate a little? did you open it? did you run some seafoam on it? Has you scoter been in storage or stop for more than a month?

Yeah opened it had it in a thousand bits haha all clean and jet were clean so I dunno what could be the problem :/

Could be a misfiring plug or bad coil... The coil may be on it's way out, and saturating. Both are cheap.

i doubt it is the carb....it is possible if you live at a different altitude than where you bought it or it sat for quite awhile and the carb got gummed up, and/or bad/old gas
