Does anyone know if the roll cage is the same as the old artic cat?
 And where I can get an upgrade CID box to go alitttle

Stoggy,

The roll cage is not the same as the Arctic Cat.  These models are not the same at all.  You can change the CDI box from the UXV to the MXU and get more RPM.  The total change in speed is approximately 5 mph.
